General Description

- Responsible for daily Stores operation in warehouse, provide training and direction to individuals in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and work flow. 

- Lead the team to reach the company’s target and budget.

Specific Accountabilities

- Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard. 

- Daily safety supervision and 5S management, ensure a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures. Equip employees with a foundation for identifying, understanding, and performing daily job functions at a high level of Safety. 

- Manage Stores daily operations and organization in order to insure an effective work force by assigning, directing, training and motivating employees. Lead Stores function to operate following SOP and Working Instruction’s requirement.

- Guide Stores team complete corresponding operation to pick and deliver materials to Customer end user; 

pick up returned parts and process Epart accuracy and timely; make the operation meet Customer SLA and ensure client satisfaction.

- Reporting functional monthly operation summary; apply system access for new employees; meanwhile tracking system update & TPT execution status to ensure the proper handling is carried out by each team member.

- Give corresponding solutions to unexpected events, ensure that customers and their own interests and according to the actual operation issue to proposed own opinion. Solve the special case professionally and make warehouse operation smoothly.

- Provide the necessary trainings (including safety and operation) to employees in order to reach or exceed the company’s requirement for team and each individual. Continuously improvement to develop and implement SOP according to warehouse new situation or Customer new demands in order to support business development. 

- Maintain a close working relationship with each functions, provide good service to internal business partners & external customers.

- Complete quarterly performance appraisal for Receiving team operators, and submit to HR.

- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

Skills Required

- Familiar with Warehouse Management systems

- Excellent Interpersonal and communicational skills

- Strong organizational skills, leadership and coaching skills, good computer skills 

Experience and Qualifications

- Strong Logistics knowledge and background

- 3 - 4 years Logistic working background 

- Be able to understand, write and communicate in English smoothly; have a bachelor degree or equivalent
