Responsibilities:

？Safety training management and training skill KVP
？Risk assessment and countermeasure planning
？Organize and involve in emergency response plan and drill
？Regular site tour and safety related findings following up
？Hazardous operations management and contractor management
？Labor injury and incident management
？Organize or involve in the compiling of the safety regulation, operation instruction and safety procedure document management
？Other safety related topic

 

Requirement:

？Bachelor’s degree in safety, mechanical, chemistry engineering or other related major
？3 to 5 years’ safety related working experience (competence of safety training material compile, training organization and implementation experience) in a multinational company and preferably in the manufacturing industry or graduate from safety, mechanical or related major
？Strong logical analysis ability
？Accurate and detail-oriented work
？Experience with fault tree, 5W analysis method
？High sense of responsibility and work ethic, can handle several task in paraller
？Proficient in English
？Holding CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, Register Safety Engineer qualification license will be a plus
