Pfizer’s Enabling Functions Hubs serve to bring internal professional services such as Finance, HR, Digital, and Sourcing together into a consolidated and simplified shared services structure. Colleagues in the Enabling Functions Hubs execute end-to-end operational activities that can be standardized and scaled for greater enterprise synergies and effectiveness. The work managed from these hubs will evolve and expand over time as Enabling Functions continue to evaluate their go-forward delivery model. What You will achieve
The Manager, Regional Process & Optimization will provide expertise in the design of regional processes, lead optimization initiatives leading to a best-in-class employee experience.. In this role you will establish and lead a team of diverse and qualified process experts, who will enable the delivery of high-quality HR services to our colleagues.
This role will partner closely with team members in the Dalian Hub and across other Hubs to drive a consistent and seamless experience for all Pfizer colleagues.
How You Will Achieve It
· Oversee regional process design pertaining to full employee life cycle processes striving for operations excellence (quality, efficiency, effectiveness and impact)
· Develop and implement process optimization initiatives meeting regional needs while maintaining global standardization
· Ensure the regional process team is focused on priorities and continuous improvement initiatives
satisfying evolving business needs
· Collaborate with the Process & Optimization teams across Hubs to deliver on operational excellence and positive colleague experience
· Develop and monitor key performance indicators measuring performance of team and proactively impacting positively the colleague experience
· Embrace and lead a matrix reporting structure and shared accountability, and effectively manage critical interdependencies
· Work with the GBS and Digital Technology leaders to define and improve global tools
Must Have
· 3-5+ years of experience in employee services, process design, project management and/or Human Resources
· At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership capacity
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
· Background and hands-on experience in customer service and leading process and continuous improvement initiatives
· Strong coaching and consulting skills and ability to influence decisions across a highly matrixed environment;
· Ability to mobilize key internal and external stakeholders and engage both colleagues and senior leadership
· Ability to work across business units and geographies and service colleagues across the APAC region
· Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills; ability to translate strategy to a tactical, executable level
· Experience leading multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a pragmatic and results oriented approach
· Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English.

Nice To Have
· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admission, Finance, or related field
· Experience working in a shared service model, transitioning work from HR to a centralized shared services team
· Detailed understanding of HR programs, policies and business processes pertaining to the employee life-cycle
· Experience working with HR enabling technologies including call center and case management tools, knowledge base management, and process documentation.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference call
· Will require travel to BPO partnered location and limited country travel within region
· Ability to travel: 5-10%
