工作职责：
1. Grinding machine planning and related process implementation.
磨削设备规划和工艺实施；
2. PE internal manager for new project
协调新项目各工序工艺规划。
3. Installation and alteration machine and related regular power
设备及相关配套设施的安装、改造；
4. Continuous improvement of machine, processes and products
持续改进体系，工艺过程和产品；

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering
机械专业统招本科以上学历
2. Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry
熟悉加工型企业生产流程，特别是汽车工业
3. English fluent both written and oral
流利的英语听说读写能力
4. Grinding process knowledge and experience in priority
首选具有磨削工艺知识和经验者
5. Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present we
突出的沟通能力，能向人阐述和展示自己的工作成果
