工作职责：
?    Production Material Procurement and Management for new project and localization.
新项目零部件采购管理以及国产化项目推进
?    Be responsible for purchasing procedure such as RFQ, TM, Prototype ordering, Purchasing conference and all related documents
负责新项目采购的询价、技术会议、样件采购、采购会议以及所有相关文件
?    In charge of management of purchasing documents, including preparation, approval, confirm with supplier and system maintenance.
负责所有与采购流程相关的文件管理，包含文件准备、批准、与供应商确认以及系统维护等
?    Be responsible for following of new project supplier development after Nomination with related departments together.
同相关部门合作，跟踪提名之后的新项目供应商开发
?    Smooth project handover after supplier PPAP approval.
新供应商PPAP批准之后的项目移交
?    Purchasing risk detective and Trouble shooter
采购风险评估和问题解决

任职要求：
?    Bachelor degree in Business or Mechanical.
?    Above 3 years production components purchasing experience in multi-national company, project purchasing experience is preferred.
?    Auto or Mechanical industry working experience is preferred
?    Basic knowledge of TS16949 and ISO14001.
?    Basic knowledge of Finance, Tax and Regulations, International Trading is a must, Mechanical knowledge is a preferred.
?    Excellent in English both oral and written,  a En and German bilinguals is preferred
?    Energetic, Logical, Self-starter, Good team player, Quick learner, Can work under pressure.
?    Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP and Lotus Notes experience is preferred
