Working responsibilities/工作职责

•       Monitoring and taking required action on supplier’s lead time, secure delivery performance
•       Production demand planning at supplier in relation to forecasted need.
•       Execute and implement procurement activities and purchasing plan based on production schedule in supplier capacity
•       Purchasing Orders’ Management including PO release, confirmed, and tracking;
•       Follow-up delivery performance of purchase order with supplier timely;
•       Proactively work with alarm/early warning system to detect and prevent missing parts or overstock
•       Invoice checking(price/contents); cooperate and cross-check with suppliers and finance dept to settle invoice payments by means of payment application;
•       Stock control and manage stock level in consumption activity.
•       Working closely with LMD supplier to provide them relevant information, coaching, working methods in supply chain efficiency way.
•       Follow up, analyze and take action to continuously improve supplier performance.
•       All the time assure that our system are updated with Correct parameter information by updating or communicating update requests to responsible function within the supply chain including suppliers.
•       Manage materials in NEWS/ Outgoing relevant ECN activity. 

Competency/任职资格

• At least 3years working experience in similar purchasing function positions related to machinery manufacturing fields or industry companies
• Good Experience in ERP such Infor

• Strong knowledge of supply chain cost drives

• Mechanical engineering background is preferred

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the whole supply chain from raw materials to production and who does what.

• Strong knowledge of production planning processes
