Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up project team and define project target in time, quality and cost with team member.

2. Manage, coordinate, harmonize project development to meet customer specified demand and follow PDC(APQP) processes to achieve project targets.

3. Be responsible to organize to review all project gates and corresponding checklists.

4. Make regular project report and analysis for management overview, or escalate timely if necessary.

5. Quotation leading within organization.

6. Lead team to pass customer audit during new project developing phase.

7. Change management(product change/supplier change/manufacturing change).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree, major in electronics or related

2. Min. 2 years project management experience in automotive component industry

3. Knowledge of IATF16949

4. Fluent English both spoken and written
