POC项目评估；

定期与项目经理沟通项目状态；

准备月度的制造费用报告；

分析生产报表的合理性和变化；

收集所有相关KPI数据并录入SQDCM；

检查并确认采购成本的节约；

协助准备内部和外部审计的文件；

确保所有信息的准确性和及时性；

财务经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

财会专业本科及以上学历；

5年以上会计工作经验，2年以上制造企业成本控制经验；

熟悉ERP和SAP者优先；

熟练掌握Excel, word, PPT等办公软件；

良好的英语听说读写能力；

高度的责任心和主动性；

优秀的人际交往能力和解决问题的能力；

积极主动，有责任心；

良好的学习能力和独立工作能力；

客户为上服务理念。

  

Responsiblities：

• check and follow up the pre-calculation for the projects, then upload to SAP;

• POC evaluation for the projects;

• Communicate the project status with project managers periodically;

• prepare the manufacturing cockpit on a monthly base;

• Analyze the reasonability and the variation for manufacturing report;

• Collect all the relevant KPI data and put into SQDCM;

• Purchase saving verification;

• Assist to prepare the documents for internal and external audit;

• Be sure the accuracy and on time for all the info;

• Other works assigned by finance manager.                

                   

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in accounting and finance major;

• More than 5 years accounting experience. 2 years of cost & controlling experience in manufacturing company;

• Be familiar with ERP system, SAP is advance;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs such as Excel, word, PPT etc;

• Good in spoken and written English;

• High responsibility and initiative;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;

• Initiative and self-responsibility, commitment;

• good learning ability and able to work independently, persistent;

• Highly customer oriented.
