Working responsibilities/工作职责

1. Warehousing orders booking in ERP system, including incoming goods inbound, sales orders outbound, consumable manufacturing orders booking, etc.
2. Unpacking and put away of consumable parts. These parts are small for hand handling.
3. Labeling on incoming parts, make clear identifications. Sort incoming parts by destination storage location.
4. Resolve delivery problems related to wrong order lines, bad packaging, etc.
5. Warehouse master data maintenance in ERP.
6. Return orders processing. Communicate with procurement and quality to ensure a smooth reversing of rejected/unqualified parts.
7. Consumables weekly issue to production.
8. Transportation racks database maintenance.
9. Intralogistics supports, such as SKU, VMI, etc.
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Working responsibilities/工作职责

Education: Junior college graduates or above.

Working experience: 3 years' working experience at similar position.

Skill & Knowledge: Good communication skills and has basic knowledge of stock management. Has the experience of ERP processing.

Computer: Good office software skill.

Language: Be able to read, write English.

Other skill: Has enough sense of responsibility and coordination skills. Have good knowledge of stock management.
