-Always stand in Company Level to think about everything and make decision.
-Ensure order raw material in time and monitor raw material ETA company in time based on sales rolling forecast and lead time. Also control raw material total inventory value to reach defined target. Avoid air-freight raw material because of Log dept reason.
-Ensure issue production planning in time, monitor production status and adjust planning in time whenever needed.
-Ensure always on-time delivery to Customer. Also keep monitoring and controlling raw material and finished goods inventory value to reach defined target.
-Keep Warehouse always clean and everything in-order.
-Cost saving mindset for all Log dept. Monitor and control overtime working time.
-Lead Log dept to keep mindset with continue improvement for all Log activities.
-Be responsible to lead and coordinate Plant yearly end stock taking.
-Monitor and control Customs Clearence Broker cost and Transportation Company service cost.
-Keep all Log activities in safety condition.
-Keep all Log activities align with Customer requirement and our internal requirement. Supporting Customer audit and visit.

-Lead and coordinate MMOG project in Eldor Dalian Plant.

Technical Knowledge Skills:

-Materials planning, production planning methods (MRP, JIT, Kanban, etc.).

-Strong SAP knowledge.

-Higher leadership and cooperation capability.

-Higher communication skill.

-MMOG basic knowledge.

艾尔多在中国的历史始于20世纪90年代，在那时开始研究中国市场并与当地的相关方建立初步联系。
2009年，艾尔多在苏州成立了***家中国技术办事处。之后，大连制造工厂于2011年竣工，并于2012年开始生产。
