职位描述
Job Purpose:
Support the CSAM (Customer Success Account Manager) by being responsible for the customer’s reactive experience. Be the customer’s advocate in resolving reactive issues and identify proactive programs to drive solution and operational health.
Job Responsibilities:
CritSit management
- Responsible to drive the process for resource chase and assignment.
? Monitor case progress and communicate on progress with customer.
? Drives the communication with the technical teams and escalates where need to guarantee the traction of the case.
? Triage Support Cases to respond in context.
? Provides single point of escalation for the customer.
Case Management
? Monitor cases at risk
? Improve customer transparency into case status.
? White glove important cases (customer context) through Hyper Care.
? Single point of contact for reactive topics across ecosystem during business hours.
? Escalate as needed with context of business impact leveraging agreed CSS Process.
? Customer expectation management.
Follow Up and Problem Management
?Identify patterns and reactive trends, utilizing automated trending. Engage with CSAM to suggest solutions and operational health programs.
? Provide feedback and suggest process improvements through Keep All Teams Engaged (KATE).
Job Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies
? Customer Service experience
? Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
? Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
? Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
? Understanding of reactive case lifecycle and troubleshooting methodology
