Position Accountabilities:

岗位职责：

? Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard;

遵守公司ISO 9001、ISO14001 和OHSAS18001等体系质量要求，确保日常操作的准确性；

? Comply with SLI 5S, safety standards and PIT equipment policies etc. to work in a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures to ensure no injury happen;

遵循公司 5S、安全标准和PIT设备等各项要求，保证操作的安全性，通过实践安全计划和程序以确保无事故发生；

? Complete daily operation by following SOP and WI’s requirement:

遵守标准工作流程的要求完成日常操作，包括：

  ? Track inbound shipment timely;

    及时跟踪入库货物；

  ? Complete all kinds of inbound materials receiving and C&V process;

    接收并清点入库货物；

  ? E-part shipment tracking timely;

    及时跟踪紧急货物状态；

  ? Warehouse system operation accurately and timely;

    准确并及时的录入仓库操作系统；

  ? Troubleshooting to solve the special case professionally and make the operation smoothly;

    处理突发事件，确保货物操作顺利流畅；

  ? Make the operation meet customer SLA and ensure client satisfaction;

    满足客户要求，确保客户满意；

? Complete training (including safety and operation) to improve work performance and ensure follow up relevant requirement correctly;

完成安全和操作培训，提高工作绩效，确保正确的遵循相关要求；

? Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

执行领导安排的其他工作和任务。

 

Experience and Qualifications:

? College above degree, logistics knowledge and background would be preferred;

? 大专及以上学历，具备物流相关知识和背景优先；

? Excellent communicational skills and teamwork spirit;

? 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

? Good computer skills, can operate warehouse system;

? 有一定电脑技能，能够操作仓库管理系统；

? Good written English skill is necessary, good oral English would be preferred
