Associate degree in Physical material or Material Science with at least 2 years experience in material analyzing and metallography of iron casting and steel parts.

 

Work content/daily job:

o   Sample preparing for material analyzing/样件准备

o   Preparation of microsection/微切片的制备，包括切割，研磨，抛光，腐蚀等

o   Hardness inspection HB, HRC and HV/硬度检查

o   Case hardening depth inspection/硬化层深度检查

o   Chemical analysis of steel parts/化学分析

o   Microstructure analysis/微观结构分析 

o   Tensile test/拉伸试验 

o   Impact test/冲击试验

o   Familiar with related material standards/熟悉相关的材料标准

o   Documentation and evaluation of inspection results/评估检查结果
