工作职责：

1. Planning, preparing and supervising internal/external system audits负责基于公司质量管理体系运行状态制定年度内/外部审核计划；

2. Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, possibly also in coordination with internal and external entities. 负责过程和体系审核，与外审单位保持沟通确保外审按计划执行

3. Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Corporate Management System in coordination with the corporate responsible. 建立和维护过程的控制文件化体系，确保与公司总部一致；

4. Developing uniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities. 建立和维护统一的制度和流程标准，

5. Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the QM system in cooperation with the offices responsible. 负责体系文件的管理并基于公司需求，集团需求及法律法规需求更新体系文件确保体系的适用性；

6. Creating, planning and conducting training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes and procedures according to stipulated and self-prepared documents and accompanying coaching.负责质量管理体系涉及的质量管理方法，工艺变更等的组织、计划和执行的必要的培训；

7. Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed. 跟踪和监督QMS的改进措施实施状态，包括内审和外审的发现；

8. Agency audit document management.

认证审核文件的管理。

9. Fill with supplier investigation report for customers, coordinate/supply quality certificate to customers.

负责填写客户的《供应商调查报告》，及协调并负责向客户提供质量认证审核报告。

10. Management of product certification stickers and label, as well agency samples.

产品认证标识及认证样品的管理

11. Attendance work of the department

部门员工的考勤工作

12. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

任职资格：

1. College or above. 

大专以上学历。　

2. 5+ years experience in manufacturing field, 2+years Quality management working experiences. 

5年以上制造环境工作经验，2年以上质量管理工作经验。

3. Know about calibration and management knowledge of gauges, as well quality management skill and ISO knowledge.

具备计量器具的校准及管理知识，及了解质量管理方面的技能和ISO方面的知识。

4. English communication skill both in written and read, skilled in using office software.

英文的书写及阅读能力，熟练使用电脑办公软件。

5. Team player.

具有团队精神。

6. Possess sense of responsibility and aggressiveness.

工作责任心强，有上进心。
