Operation Responsibilities

Review effectiveness and efficiency of business practices in previous year

Design channel strategies and channel structure in accordance with corporate plans

Introduce annual contractual bonus policies into system, update approved adjustments, check accuracy of accruals

Collaborate with marketing decisions to plan bonus pipeline

Review market conditions and assess quarterly & monthly policies for flexible marketing campaigns

Design policies in accordance with both corporate policies and marketing campaign

Translate polices into computer language and upload into ERP and GTN management systems

Approve and review quarterly & monthly Program

Contribute to design of sales-bonus policies

Contribute to design of price-protection policies
