qManagement Responsibilities

?Manage team to deliver service according to SLA

?Manage the PTP process oversight and initiate the process improvements from strategically point of viewqOperation Responsibilities?Define and review operational metrics

?Management business escalations and provide efficient support to business across all stakeholders.

?PTP Closing management and PTP recon review.

?Review/Approval PTP process change and system enhancement requests.?Regular review with operational team to monitor/guide the operational key issues.

?Leading on projects and provide support on new business set up. Bridge process implement in COS.

?Access approval as PTP function owner.

qExperience Requirements

?More than 5 years working experiences in Accounting area, at least 1-2 years in AP or T&E Accounting;

?Working experience in mainland china is required

?BPO experience priorityqSkill Requirements

?Excellent communication and organization skill

?Multiple tasks management skills

?Deep understanding of accounting process and standards

?Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin qEducation

?Finance or accounting field is required
