依据集团年度经营目标制定本部门的管理目标，并对管理目标的达成负责；负责分公司的产品质量管理和品质提升的管理工作。组织并督促本部门人员完成职责范围内的各项工作任务；按照ISO9001/14001的要求，保证本部门的工作与质量/环境体系相符合，保持适宜性和有效性；负责对原材料、半成品、成品的检验规范的制定及修订完善工作；负责对不合格品进行判定、处置和反馈工作；负责组织车间等部门对客诉进行对策，并组织对客诉对策的有效性进行跟踪和验证；负责组织质量例会课件，实施、跟踪、推进质量例会纪要；负责协调、指导、处理和解决生产过称中出现的品质问题，确保产品的品质逐步提升，满足客户不断提高的品质要求；负责组织对质量事故的分析和员工"质量***、预防为主"观念的培养，并对考核问责的情况予以通告；负责对本部门计量器具进行管制，建立健全本部门计量器具台账；负责对原辅材料不良情况反馈、跟踪、要求整改、验证效果等管理工作；负责本部门管理制度的制定、检查、指导、考核等管理工作；负责向客户提供样品的审核工作，满足客户的需求；负责内控标准的审核工作，并定期组织修订和完善内控标准；参与供应商评审，对供应商质量控制体系予以评价；参与A/B类客户二方审核工作，接受第三方审核认证工作。

任职要求：40岁以下，身体健康，本科以上学历，理工类相关专业，五年以上大中型制造业质量经理工作经验，有较强的成本意识、战略意识和卓越的逻辑分析能力，精通ISO认证体系，精通品质管理相关工具。
