【岗位目标】

Responsible for maintaining customer needs and potential customers or sales opportunities in Qingdao and surrounding areas, conducting demand analysis, customer liaison, business sales, quotation, bidding, business negotiation and coordination to ensure customer contract service performance.

负责维护青岛及周边地区客户需求及潜在客户或销售机会，进行需求分析、客户联络、业务销售，报价、竞标、商务谈判及协调确保客户合同的服务履行。

【工作内容】

 1.       Understand and remember company's services, products, interests, and then can clearly convey customers. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. 

 理解并熟记公司服务、产品、利益，能够清晰的向客户传递产品及服务价值。与客户建立并维护良好关系。 

 2.       Be able to prepare tenders or proposals independently, including quotations, business terms, and solutions. 

 能够独立准备标书或者提案，包括报价、商务条款、以及解决方案；及时了解竞争对手服务动态、价格和市场政策，销售技巧和促销手段； 

 3.       Interact with assistant/customer service, operation, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction. 

 与客服，运营，财务等部门密切配合，遵从公司的相关流程，提升客户满意度；

 4.   Follow Sales rules. Finish all reports, sales daily calendars and all sales working files on time.  

 根据业绩要求及客户开发计划，记录日常业务活动，根据要求输入销售系统并定期更新业务报告。根据销售预测和计划汇报日常销售业务；   

 5.        Research and analyze on market trends and client needs, develop strategy accordingly to achieve sales targets. 收集并分析市场的趋势和客户需求，制定相应的销售策略以保证销售任务的达成。 

 5.        Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work. 

 与上级领导保持紧密的联系并完成其交代的其他工作。                  

【任职要求】

1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited.

全日制本科以上学历，专业不限

2. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; excellent oral Chinese and good written English communication skills.

优秀的表达和谈判技巧；优秀的中文口语和良好的英语书面沟通能力

3. Must possess excellent customer service skills;

具备出色的客户服务意识与能力；

4. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;

  具备出众的组织协调能力以及解决问题的能力

5. Can be friendly and flexible in a stressful environment
