Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science， 8-10 Yrs.经验

Must to have Microsoft Teams solution、Certification with MS Teams

Nice to have Understanding of legacy telephony solutions

Lead for 4-5 team members

Responsibilities

? Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony solution build, setup and configuration

? Participate in business and system requirements sessions.

? Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc. 

? Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.

? Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.

? Mange dependencies, risks and issues related to MS Teams telephony

? Excellent communication skill

? Willingness and flexibility to learn quickly and adapt to different processes as the situation demands.
