 Responsibilities

? Extensive knowledge and deep experience on Microsoft Teams solution and infrastructure build, setup, configuration

? Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc. 

? Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.

? Experience with telephony transformation from legacy telephony to MS Teams

? Drive workshops and discussions with client for transformation solution, rollout planning

? Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.

? Manage dependencies, risks and issues to meet schedule, cost and quality
