Must to have OpenScape Telephony solution

Integration of OpenScape with enterprise systems

Nice to have Microsoft Teams Telephony 

Lead for 4-5 team members

Area of responsibilities

? Experience with OpenScape Telephony solution build, setup and configuration

? Participate in business and system requirements sessions.

? Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc. 

? Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.

? Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.

? Mange dependencies, risks and issues related to OpenScape telephony

? Excellent communication skills.

?对PSTN / PBAX网络有良好的了解。

?管理与OpenScape电话相关的依赖性，风险和问题

? 高超的交流技巧。
