Major tasks, duties, and responsibilities to be performed by Area EHS supervisor:

1 Screen project sites before work commences, identifying safety-related risks
在工作开始前对项目地点进行筛选，识别与安全相关的风险

2  Inspect active project sites to evaluate ongoing work conditions to guarantee client’s safety compliance
检查工程现场，评估正在进行的工作条件，以确保符合客户的合规要求

3  Liaise with relevant parties such as Jianli or Safety Management Team from EHS, to evaluate the safety process of construction sites
联络相关部门，如监理或EHS的安全管理团队，评估施工现场的安全流程

4  Work with site management teams and field workers to implement and device solutions to safety-related issues
与现场管理团队和现场工人合作，实施和设备安全相关问题的解决方案

5  Review site layout for disposal systems, evacuation plans, lighting, and ventilation to ensure minimum or no danger to the safety or health of the site guests or workers
检查现场废物处理、疏散计划、照明和通风的布局，以确保对访客或施工工人的安全或健康造成最小影响或无危险

6  Work with senior management to create plans for emergency procedures
与高层管理人员一起制定应急程序的计划

7  Maintain safety related paperwork and report regularly

8  Train site employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures
对现场员工进行安全操作和应急程序的培训

9  Discipline subcontractors and employees who fail to comply with minimum safety standards
对未遵守最低安全标准的分包商和雇员进行教育和处罚

10  Represent belonged workshop in meetings with relevant business department on issues regarding workplace health and safety
代表所属单体,参加有相关业务部门参加就工作场所健康和安全问题举行会议

11  Interact with Project team for regular update on legal regulations and program initiatives on workplace safety and environmental issues.
与项目团队合作，定期更新有关工作场所安全和环境问题的法律法规和项目倡议

Major requirements and qualifications:
主要要求及资质

1 Ten years construction safety management experience in industrial or public facilities, identifying threats and developing appropriate protection measures
十年工业或公用设施项目施工安全管理经验，能够识别威胁并制定适当的防护措施

2  Bearer of Certificated EHS engineer, or Construction Safety Certificate Type C
持有注册安全工程师证书或建筑安全管理人员C类证书

3  Decent communications skills – the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in Chinese and English
良好的沟通技巧-能用中文和英文进行有效的书面和口头沟通

4  Good listening skills – the ability to listen effectively and receive feedback from the employee perspective without passing judgment
良好的倾听技巧——能够有效地倾听并从员工的角度接受反馈而不做评判

5  Knowledge of GB standards and regulations relating to the specific trade or activity being managed
了解与所管理的特定行业或活动相关的GB标准和法规

6  Good organizational and recordkeeping abilities – the ability to maintain good records of all safety-related activities
良好的组织和记录保存能力——能够保存所有安全相关活动的良好记录

7  Physical healthy to perform site management, such as access heights via ladders or scaffolding as the majority of his/her job would require climbing to access construction above ground level
身体健康，具备现场管理的体力，例如通过梯子或脚手架进入高度，因为部分工作需要有登高检查等

8 Good team player，able to manage crew of safety engineers
良好的团队合作精神，能够管理安全工程师团队

9  Self-confident, motivated, and independent
