1、协助财务总监对公司各项资产的管理，保障公司的财产安全，维护公司利益；
2、建立、健全财务管理体系，执行费用审核、监督及控制；合理调配公司的资金，有效运行财务预算管理制度；
3、负责制订、审核、完善财务管理的各种规章制度，并监督执行；
4、向财务总监提请签发财务文件，签发本部门工作备忘录；
5、及时学习了解国家最新会计法、税法等，保障公司健康发展；
6、完成企业上市财务相关工作；
7、指导下属财务负责人员进行财务管理工作，并对管理人员进行财务知识培训；
8、建立财务核算流程，审核会计报表及税务报表，审核公司财务预算，审核各项经济合同；
9、组织财务人员编写财务分析，根据财务状况向财务总监提出有益建议；
10、负责本部门的日常管理工作，与各部门沟通；
11、其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，注册会计师资质。
2、10年以上企业财务工作经验，其中3 年以上上市公司财务经理工作经验。
3、经历过完整的企业上市过程，熟悉各项财税、审计、会计法规政策,精通财务管理知识和上市相关规则。
4、为人正直、诚信廉洁,客观公正、作风严谨,勤奋敬业，坚持原则，有较强的领导、组织协调能力。
