What you will do

This position is part of the IT Financial Solutions within Corporate IT. You will lead the business analysis and work closely with Finance in order to understand and capture their business requirements. You will capture AS-IS process and define solutions for the TO-BE process that ensures processes are enhanced in a sustainable and efficient manner. The responsibilities also include the change management, coordination of development teams, business partners and vendors to ensure execution of the planned solution as well as project management for individual work streams.

How you will do it

• Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed
• Prepare user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
• Create Initial Process Analysis, Business Case and Scope of Work for the projects
• Define relevant mapping tables, business rules in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support delivery process
• Translate change requests to delivery teams
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
• Drive creation of the test scenarios for respective areas
• Validate the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications
• Facilitate change and configuration management

What we look for

Required

• Experienced IT Business Analyst or Process SME with at least 2 years of proven IT project delivery
• Ability to articulate business process requirements to a development team (and vice versa: IT requirements to the business) in order to support project delivery
• English language to a business proficiency level
• Good understanding of business process analysis or process mining
• Experience working with IT Developers or Business SMEs
• Ability to understand the bigger picture
• Good command over spoken and written communication
• Organizational and presentation skills
• Interpersonal and managerial skills
• Analytical and investigation skills

Preferred

• Any Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification
• Experience in process optimization and standardization
• Degree in IT, Management or Finance field of study
