Roles & Responsibilities:

? Logistical suppliers and associated repair services 

? Manage the cycle of employee refresh notification & ordering of devices

? Manage stock logistics for both surplus and new inventory & oversee employee device allocation

? Administration of the Asset Management Tools (Service Now); ensuring data quality and accuracy

? Create, maintain, track, & audit the various lifecycle stages for each device

? Generate and provide metrics & reporting

? Receive, package & ship devices

? Physical stock management & secure storage of devices; including physical inventory checks monthly

? Manage and audit hot-swap, loaner, and surplus device pools 

? Update and maintain asset details on ESP

? Manage and coordinate the retirement of devices

? Perform HD wipe, diagnostics, repairs, packaging & shipping

? Facilitate device return to lessor or disposal as applicable

? Coordinate and perform warranty & non-warranty repairs

? Reimage device during redeployment

? Coordinate for disposal activities

?促进设备归还出租人或处置（如适用）

?协调并执行保修和非保修维修

?在重新部署期间重新映像设备

?处置活动的协调
