Job Description

Black Belt in Genpact is responsible for managing andexecuting Improvement & High Impact Projects through usage of Transformation, Digital, Six Sigma, Lean and otherMethodologies. The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the projects to supportChange Management, Program initiative across the organization. Given the nature of the role andthe distribution of the teams , the role may require travel and flexibility to support the improvementInitiatives.

Summary of Role/Profile:

1.The Operation Black Belt would be responsible for the effective delivery of the projects to support Change Management, Program initiative across the organization.

1.Ability to effectively influence & motivate others.

2.Program Management skills – leading clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams

3.People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people.

8.Fluent Japanese and English   communication
