Job specification:
1.精通相关专业的国家施工技术规范和质量验收规范；
Proficient in the national construction technical specifications and acceptance of construction quality
2.熟悉并掌握相关专业的工程材料的规格、型号、性能参数、质量合格标准；
Familiar with and master the engineering materials, specifications, models, performance parameters and the quality of the eligibility criteria
3.独立编写相关专业的施工方案
Writing the construction plan independently
4.熟悉相关专业施工机械及设备
Familiar with the construction machinery and equipment
5.掌握相关专业的测量技术和国家验收程序，会操作使用相应的仪器设备及整理竣工资料
Have measurement technology and the state inspection process, and can operate using the appropriate equipment and order completion information

Key qualification:
1.大专以上，暖通，给排水或相关工程专业毕业
College diploma or above in the discipline of HVAC, Plumbing or in a similar engineering discipline
2.10年以上项目工作经验，参与国际性工程项目或电子、半导体厂房项目经验者优先考虑
Above 10-year work experiences on project sites, preferring having international project experiences or having electrical 、Semiconductor plants industrial project experiences
3.熟悉国际工程项目执行体系，并有实践经历
Familiar with international engineering and project execution program/practice
4.具备良好的英文读写说表达能力(不是必须的)，有外资工程公司经验者优先
Good command of English in reading, writing and spoken, but not compulsory, experiences in working with a foreign engineering company is preferred
5.为人正直，有较强的社会责任心、良好的职业道德和团队合作精神
Honest, strong sense of social responsibility, good work ethic and team spirit
6.工作严谨细致，具有主观能动性及企业家精神，且极富敬业精神
Working carefully and precisely, be initiative and entrepreneurship, and highly professional dedication
