1.  Lead to set up and maintain company quality & HSE management system and quality & HSE control system/procedures according to relevant laws/regulation including Linde's regulations and procedures.

2. Ensure the implementation of quality and HSE management system and quality & HSE control procedure during production/operation.

3. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality & HSE plan to bring the company’s quality & HSE systems and policies into compliance with related requirements.

4. Be responsible for the quality & HSE control during production/operation including the regular  inspection and maintain of production tools and equipment (e.g. pressure vessel, rotary machines...), ensure all the production conditions and all the products meet company's quality and HSE requirements/standards.

5. Internal audit planning and execution to management system, following up improvement actions if any.

6. Plan, obtain and maintain the necessary quality & HSE related permits by local authorities.

7. Provide quliaty & HSE training to intensify employees' quality & HSE awareness and skills.

8. Liaison with local authorities, ensure company being compliance with local laws/regulations and requirements of LE-HQ.

9. Proper documentation, ensure all the certificates/licenses/records/reports/drawings and other documents and data are properly classified and maintained.  

10. Financially manage, control and report against budget.Lead and manage the

Required qualifications：

1.  Bachelor Degree or above

2.  Engineering related major

3.  Know well the QC/QA/HSE related laws and regulations                                                                                                             

 4. Practical experiences on inspection/quality & HSE control.

5. Strong sense and awareness of quality management and HSE related

6. Open and transparent communication style

7. Visible leadership

8. Effective communicator 

9. QHSE Risk management

10. Very good English skill
