职位描述
Job Title: IT_Infrastructure-Facility
Division/Department: CI
Location: Dalian
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate the ITS/AMS and the operational (outsourcing partner) team to ensure stable operation of IT systems and fulfill defined SLA's
2. Coordinate the comprehensive IT department project planning in alignment with growing business strategy and business requirements
3. Cooperate with CISO to make sure the whole IT environment is fulfill the group IT security guideline
4. Represent IT within VWATD steering committees and provide visible leadership within the techonology community Region China
5. Decide and lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, vendors, partnerships and external relationships
6. Develops and manages the approved annual operating and ITS/AMS project budgets for information and technology systems
7. Reviews all hardware and software acquistion and maintenace contracts

Our Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above, Project Management, Information Management or related
2. English fluently, German is a plus
3. Good communication and coordination
4. Deep understanding of Industry IT technologies
5. Knowledge of data center setup and operation
6. Ability to work independently
7. Planning and quality management IT tools experience
8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
