A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (Why does this job exists)
Assist Service Management Lead to maintain & execute the service management / governance model for JCI DBC for DBC's service scopes. Internal and External
B. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Service Management
- Internal & External Service Management & Governance support
- Assist Service Manager to maintain the DBC Service Management & Governance model
- Support all Sub, BU & Function in scope for DBC
- Maintain and update DBC STS (Stuff Training System) (NEO/ Functional training/ other skills )
- Report making for DBC performance review/ analysis (Sub-BU)
- Internal/ External communication for DBC service performance review
People Management
- Manage direct report- DBC service management Senior Analyst/ Analyst
- Assistant Service Manager to supervise the team's operation, be able to raise the issue according to the change of the service scope
Cross Function Collabration
- Assist Service Manager to collabrate with all function and support function team, on governance and service management aim to CI and transform both performance level of service functions and service management team itself
C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience
- 3-5 years Operation/ Customer service experience, 2 years or above team lead experience preferred
- Bachlor degree (Preferred majors include Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent combination education or experience)
- Active multiple-coordinator, management skill, experienced managing conflicts, analyze and resolve problems, design and deliver report and presentations, customer service oriented, good communication skill
- Excellent English skill (Bothread speaking and writing)
- MS Office Skills, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill preferred
