职位描述

A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (Why does this job exists)


  • Create a position description documentation system and library for the Asia Building Efficiency Systems, Service and Manufacturing organization to support hiring, transfer and promotion process within country and across Asia. As a result, all jobs have a proper position description, as Corporate Mandate, is tied to the job codes (Job Functions/Job Families/Levels/Job Grades) in the PeopleSoft.
  • Under guidance, provide support for the team in the Asia Job Grading Project, including being the resource person for the compiling, summarizing and tabulating the results of Asia countries JE outcomes
  • Assist the C&B Director to track key initiative/timelines in the specific projects that will be implemented, including the Asia Job Grading Project and the Sales Incentive Plan Design.

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:


  • Project: Create Full Job Descriptions & Career Ladders:
  • Creates position descriptions, career ladders, documentation system and a library for the Asia organization to support hiring, transfer and promotion process within country and across Asia. As a result, all jobs have a proper position description and are assigned the appropriate PeopleSoft fields to include, but not limited to: Job Code, Job Functions & Families, Job Grades etc.
  • Asia Job Grading Project - back room operations and milestone tracking
  • Works with the C&B Director to track key milestones in the Asia Job Grading Project. Highlights key challenges/barriers to overcome. Provides support to the Asia C&B Team in the timely completion of the project, including support for documentation, summary and tabulation. Follow up on key timeline deliverables.
  • Asia Sales Incentive Plan - backroom operations and milestone tracking
  • Provides support to the C&B Director to track key milestones in the Asia Sales Incentive Plan Design and Implementation. Highlights key challenges/barriers to overcome in order for the project to stay on time. Follow up on key timeline deliverables.
  • Other projects or tasks may be assigned as needed.

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience


  • University Degree in HR or related degree
  • Logical thinking, systematic, tenacious and strong project management and execution skills
  • Strong communication skillsDrives for results
  • Manages project timelines
  • Engages multi stakeholders
  • Anticipates risks and seeks solutions
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiar with HRIS eg PeopleSoft, SAPc
