A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (Why does this job exists)

• Responsible for day-to-day application of the various HR disciplines in assigned country.

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Responsible for execution of all mandatory, corporate & regional HR policies, processes & tools within assigned country.
• Provides timely input on business & country readiness for key corporate programs and HRIT Systems and develops & monitors action plans as and when required.
• Executes all required HR activities in line with corporate standards & directives and legal requirements.
• Provide country-specific input to the HR Business Partners or HR COE Departments when designing and/or revising HR policies & guidelines, including feedback on business & country readiness & feasibility
• Educates & coaches branch staff on key HR policies & programs.
• Provides regular reporting & feedback on execution compliance.
• Assists with the correct application of all Corporate & Regional Compensation & Benefits policies, processes and tools
• Assists the Payroll Department in timely & accurate salary calculations including benefits, monthly pay-outs & tax withholdings whilst ensuring full compliance with local labor & tax laws.
• Executes all recruitment and selection activities as requested by the HR BA or Talent Acquisition team for all levels of positions.
• Ensures compliance with all mandatory, corporate and regional training programs.

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

• Master degree / MBA in HR or equivalent through experience
• 1 - 3 years of generalist HR experience in a multinational company
