A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (WHY DOES THIS JOB EXISTS)

• Assist Service Management Supervisor to maintain service quality of JCI DBC operation functions according to DBC's service scopes. (Both Internal and External)

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:

Service Management

• Support all Sub/ Business Units & Function in scope for DBC
• Assist supervisor to maintain and update DBC Stuff Training System (NEO/ Functional training/ other skills )
• Report making and maintance for DBC performance review/ analysis (Sub-BU)
• Internal/ External communication for DBC service performance review

People Management

• Direct report- DBC service management Analyst
• Assistant supervisor to manage the team's operation, be able to raise the issue according to the change of the service scope

Cross Function Collabration

• Assist Service Management supervisor to collabrate with all operation functions and support function teams, be able to collect the requirements and issues cross multiple- functions, track and follow the guidance to solve the problem

C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 2- 3 years Operation/ Customer service experience, leader experience is preferred
• Bachlor degree (Preferred majors include Finance, Business, Management, Accounting or equivalent combination education or experience)
• Active multiple- party coordinator, experienced for managing the conflicts, analyze and resolve problems, design and deliver report and presentations, customer service oriented, good communication skill
• Excellent English skill (Bothread speaking and writing)
• MS Office Skills, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill preferred
