A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (WHY DOES THIS JOB EXISTS)

• Will take the role of managing Finance & Accounting related transition projects. Build and keep good relationship with internal customers and delivery the high quality project

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Be responsible for overall project management for Finance & Accounting transition,
• Provide support to operation team during all transition processes,
• Act as interface between customer & operations team during project,
• Work closely with PMO for keeping good customer relationship, providing solution meet requirement of customers and then improve transition quality
• Be responsible for resolving any relative issues, and satisfy business requirement.

C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree or above with finance related major
• 5-8 years finance related working experience and project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good leadership skills
• Be available for long time business trip

6. Excellent English or Japanese skill
