A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (Why does this job exists)

• Establish the SAP-system according to the requirements
• Keep the SAP-system run without problems
• Continuously improve the processes by using SAP-system
  

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Daily Management and support in SAP FICO module
• Cooperate within global SAP teams to finish SAP Project
• Propose recommendations for the rationalization of SAP System or process
• Organize the implementation of the SAP-modules in communication with the relevant departments, responsible staff of group companies and external SAP consultant
• Trouble shooting and analysis in SAP FICO module
• Master Data monitoring and analysis in SAP FICO module
• SAP-Training for internal users and Making, Updating Training Document
• Corporate with other department to make SAP user manual
• Realization of the process requirements into SAP-system
• Support for the end users to use the SAP-system correctly
• According to end-users request, customizing or develop form of report in the system
• Assistant of SAP consultant and HQ SAP team on application procedure creation and improvement
• Support further Roll outs of new functions
• Other tasks assigned by IT Manager
• Coordinate with SAP Key users within company
• Coordinate with concerning SAP person within Group and other subsidiaries
  
  

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

• Bachelor degree on business administration and Engineering or Financial management
• Any related discipline preferably with certification in SAP FI/CO or has attended a course in the mentioned SAP modules
• Work experiences at least 1 years in SAP modules FI/CO, Preferred work experiences in finance.
• Related FI/CO module project experience.
• English fluent both in written and oral.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
