岗位职责：

· 创建及评审技术设计文档

· 为软件工程师提供技术指导，解决小组中遇到的技术问题

· 管理小组的任务分配、确保小组任务按时按质的完成

· 负责小组的软件质量，确保代码评审的实施以及指导软件工程师构建高质量的软件产品

岗位要求：

• 丰富的软件开发经验
• 丰富的软件研发团队的管理经验
• 精通软件工程
• 良好的沟通能力
• 有JavaEE开发经验者优先

Role Responsibilities

· Creates and/or reviews technical design documents.

· Provides technical support and guidance to software engineers working on project

· Provides monitoring and management of tasks assigned to the engineers in their work stream to ensure timely completion in accordance with specifications.

· Responsible for code quality, ensuring code reviews are done and coaching developers on building with quality.

Role Qualifications

• Experienced developer with strong task management skills
• In-depth knowledgeable of software processes
• Strong communicator – ability to communicate complex issues in simple words adjusted to the audienc
• JavaEE development experience is strongly preferred

The software engineers and quality testing staff will be assigned to support U.S.-based projects and teams and will be involved in several on-going product development, client specific, or internal systems software projects.
