Responsibility

Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system,ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe,stipulated budget and with high quality and HSE compliance;

Carry out the projects with assessing tendering,negotiating contract,assembling project team,identifying appropriate resources needed,controlling budget and schedule monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables;

Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status,installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;
Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required;

Competency

1st Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction management or M&E Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering and construction management
Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code
Familiarity with government approvals process;
Competent in both written and spoken English;
Understanding project programme scheduling;
IT literate and Auto cad experienced
