职位描述
岗位要求：
1、5年以上设计工作经验，熟悉目前国内外装饰行业的发展和流行的装饰做法、具有先进的设计理念和成功的设计作品；
2、熟练掌握各类设计软件，较高审美意识和艺术修养，较强的设计表现力，专业素质高；
3、熟练掌握装饰装修设计、材料、工程施工、施工工艺、绘图、预算、合同管理等专业知识，能够独立跟踪施工项目；
4、有较强的团队管理经验，优秀的指导能力、项目小组协调能力；有能力培训本部门员工及合理分配设计工作；
5、有极强的责任心，良好的团队协作精神。

海上丽舍国际家居位于大连星海广场星海新天地，面朝瀚海，背靠霞山，紧邻多家五星级酒店及高端商务场所。馆内营业面积4600平方米，包含贵宾专属的接待厅，面向会员的私密会所。公司与国际和国内著名的奢侈品专营店有战略伙伴关系，以纯进口欧洲奢侈品家具为主力产品，配以定制的家居饰品、艺术品，以满足尊贵顾客对优雅生活理念和个性化定制的需求。公司聘请著名跨国商业集团的外籍高管运营，打造管理团队。
LUXER FURNISHINGER is located in the Xinghai Square Xinghai XinTiandi. Beside the seascape and mountainside, a lot of 5 stars hotels and top level business area are around us. The show room is more than 4600 square meter, including VIP room, private club. The company has good relationship with the international luxury business partner, and mainly focus on Europe imported luxury furniture and decoration accessories, to meet customer demand for personalized, elegant life philosophy. The project was supported by the worldwide commercial corporation management.
