Job description:
This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, manage client expectation and satisfaction.
Key project types this role needs to manage include:
1. Manage projects in development, test, deployment, etc.
2. Work with WW stakeholders, function managers, business leaders, and technical leaders to manage projects and track the project deliverables.
3. Coordinate legal, business or resource requirements.
4. Pro-actively monitor and control projects changes and risks, direct compliance to project management standards, processes, tools and techniques throughout the organization
5. Communicate with WW stakeholders or business teams to finalize project plans and drive the approval.
6. Provide project status update and report to the senior management team and related stakeholders.
7. Help enhance PM skills of the other project leaders.
Required:
1.Bachelor's Degree or above
2.Minimum: 5 years IT experience and 3 years Project Management experience
3.Experience in management of numerous internal/external stakeholders with competing interests
4.Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management
5.English: Fluent in communication, reading and writing
6.PMP certification is an advantage
