Key responsibilities:
· Coordination of transition of function with the local teams
· Maintenance of transition documentation and job aids for each function ensure globally consistent and compliant with protocols
· Training of new joiners and training for all on new functions
· Development and implementation of new capabilities to improve consistency and efficiency [development of reports using macros, lookups, etc]
· Additional projects as identified by management
· Ensure consistency with other teams in service delivery and approach
· Involve in the projects initiated by RMS team
