Work Experience:
1.Typically has minimum of 7+ years of experience, management experience in BPO/ITO industry is a big plus
2.Proven track in project management of various nature
3.Proven track record in people management
4.Proven track record and experience managing large operations programs and initiatives
5.Experience in program management and budget management

Education:
Undergraduate business degree preferred, Project Management Professional certification a big plus

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
1.Strong project management skills, PMP is preferred
2.Understanding of organization business processes and policies
3.Experience in business process management and business case development
4.Analytical skills; detects, analyzes and solves work problems
5.Good understanding of technologies such as Siebel, CRM system is a big plus
6.Strong management and team building skills
7.Strong business process management skills
8.Strong change management skills
9.Strong facilitation and presentation skills
10.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11.Excellent oral and written English communication skills
