Key Responsibilities
· Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of ABS CFM processes to Japan internal clients by identifying, applying and communication financial best practices;
· Initiate transactions for client engagements including on-time revenue recognition, time transfers, invoices for client engagement and projects;
· Review of pricing on new deals and provide pricing support on benchmarks and sources of information;
· Assist the Japan team lead to improve Japan team's performance and address issues in scope;
· Participate in and conducting of training programs when capable and necessary;

Academics requirement
· Prefer accounting, commerce and business Bachelor's Degree

Skills requirements
· Advance Japan language skills;
· Good finance background;
· Be highly responsible and commitment to deliver excellent work;
· Clear client focus and service orientation, multitasks;
· (manage multiple teams);
· Excellent time management skills (self and others);
· Capable of planning team's activities and prioritizing others work;
· Great team spirit.
