1. Requires a strong understanding of the demand generation campaign planning process and assists country team with campaign and tactic planning and execution.
2. Ensure all planning information is complete to enable tracking of results
3. Adheres to the marketing process, business controls and demonstrates proper application of the marketing tools
4. Strong pro-active communications to demand program teams on progress, issues and need for problem resolution
5. Ability to take on new challenges
6. Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation software (Excel & PowerPoint)
7. Writing and Communication skills in English
8. Masters degree or MBA with 1 – 2 years experience in marketing, communications or related field
9. MBA or 2 – 5 years experience in marketing, communications or related field preferred
