1.Understand GCG GB strategy, priority and focus growth initiatives，support Marketing manager to drive Quarter Sales play plan and territory pipeline creation plan (called Project Emerald)
2.Drive Quarter planning cycle in sales plays, territory plan and DP/M&C plan
3.The ideal candidate will be a person who is passionate about marketing and has a keen interest in building a career in marketing
4.Analytical skills with good business acumen
5.Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
6.Strong oral and written communication skills
7.Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation software (Excel & PowerPoint a must)
8.Minimum 3 yrs experience with exposure to marketing
9.Mater degree is required in related area and M.B.A (preferably in Marketing) is a plus
