职位描述
职责：
1、向客户或合作伙伴提供软件产品的技术支持；
2、通过与客户或合作伙伴的沟通与检测，帮助其排除关于操作系统、网络、数据库、应用程序的初、中级问题；
3、向管理人员和高级支持团队提供报表，并对所有提供给客户的反馈的有效性进行确认；
4、独立解决和处理客户提出的初、中级问题。
要求：
1）粤语为母语 ；
2）良好的客户服务意识，有一定的IT背景。
工作地点：大连市软件园
