Job resposiblilities:
1. Develop, update and maintain Web pages
2. Work together with foreign country teams. Communicate with foreign customers by phone or face to face in daily basis in project related meeting.
3. Understand project requirements anad web development workflow process.
4. Learn and adapt with new Web Technology.
5. Assist the project manager to achieve goals.
6. Help the manager to do the internal management work related to the project metrics, have the capability to manage a small group of people and handle the client chanllenge.

Job requirements:
1) Languages skills:
Fluent English;

2) Technical Skills:
Good at HTML, XHTML, Dreamweaver & Photoshop(or fireworks),CSS ;
Flash, ActionScript, JavaScript, JSP are welcome
With good design skill
