Role & Responsibility:

*To meet sales target set by company and fulfill other related tasks

*Business managment of sales department;setting sales target for different phases

*Timely adjust sales strategies as per change of market;planning, organizing and implementing of sales tasks

*organizing dynamic analysis on sales, which includes marketing, advertising and customer information etc, giving support for policy maker of the company

*Coaching and performance management of the sales team,motivating and guiding the sales to meet sales targets

*Making the work flow and regulatory framework for the sales department

*Coordinating the internal and external relationships, monitoring and controlling the execution for the marketing strategy plan of the company products

Requirements:

*College degree or above

*3 years experience in sales management

*Result-oriented, possess proven experience in setting, managing and assessing a sales team

*Excellent ability in management and coordination

*Good organization and planning skills

*Good ability in analysis, implementation and interpersonal communication;possess rich social resources.

*Good computer skill, ability to communicate in english is an advantage.
