工艺规划工程师-机械Process Engineer

Description of the works and competences

Assist DE and the European process planning departments in planning and implementation of new production equipment, spare parts, fixtures and equipment for environmental protection as well as the related processes and documentation
Authorized and responsible for specification, evaluation, decision and purchasing application for new equipment purchased in China under DE supervision
Authorized and responsible for implementation and acceptance of new equipment purchased in China, as well as evaluation and approval of necessary production conditions for these machines
Support for development and implementation of new production processes, preparation of the necessary documents as well as monitoring of the existing production processes
Responsible for preparation and implementation of production related procedures and instructions
Support for on-site implementation and improvement of the production approval processes (APQP, PPAP)
Technical support in product implementations on existing equipment including the necessary processes

Skill Requirements

Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering
Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry
Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well
English fluent both written and oral
Additional knowledge and experience in project management is an advantage
