Target of Position

? Consistent implementation of the requirements at external suppliers.

? Managing and monitoring the efficient management of advanced quality planning projects at external suppliers.

? Continuous improvement of our products and supplier processes.

? Continuous expansion of our product-specific know-how.

? Obtain highest customer and employee satisfaction.

? Achieve the required cost-, timing- and quality objectives.

? Quality project monitoring of the supplier till to the start of serial production (SOP);. Interface between Project STA / Plant STA / Purchasing / Project management / suppliers; Performs and monitors progress APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) of the project; Analyzed and processed the product-specific quality problems during development; Performs Production part approval process (PPAP / VDA 2) .

? Supplier development.

? Monitoring of quality key figures of supplier - support for the concerned TK-PC plant in case of quality issues..

? Support the project manager from the prototype- to serial production phase.

? Conduct process readiness audits at the suppliers (Run @Rate / 2TP).

? Execution of validation of complaints (8D-process).

? Implementation of Task Force activities at suppliers.

Profile of qualification / professional competence

? Diploma in Engineering or Technican.

? Adequate knowledge, expertise and professional experience (at least 5 years).

? Knowledge in project management.

? Experience in the application for Quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA volumes, CQI-9, etc.).

? English, Chinese spoken and written, other languages an advantage.
