Target of the position岗位目标:

· Organize the maintenance team to ensure all the equipment and infrastructure with good status all the time. 组织维修人员确保生产设备及公用动力设备始终处于良好状态;

·Control the maintenance cost to ensure the maintenance cost in the budget.协助直接主管 控制维修成本，确保维修成本在年度预算之内;

·Training the maintenance employee to ensure all employees can solve the machine problem by themselves. 培训维修人员，使维修人员具备自主解决问题的能力;

·Continuously improve the maintenance process. Equipment status and downtime get improving continually. 持续改进维修流程使设备状态及停机时间最优化；

·Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters.根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，协助直接主管建立，改进和执行与本岗位相关的工作流程

·Complement and ensure are in line with Management System.在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

Responsible for electrical maintenance fault of all the production equipment, production measure equipment. Solve the difficult electrical problem of production equipment and make it done how to improve负责解决工厂内所有生产设备，生产检测设备的所有电气维修问题。.

对于生产设备的电气疑难问题给出解决方案和负责实施。

· improving continually for production equipment . ensure short repairing time for infrastructure running normally. .持续改进工厂生产设备和公用动力设备并达到最短的停机时间。

Responsible for the training of maintenance employee.负责维修人员的培训

· Responsible for down time analysis and defined the action and implement the action.进行设备停机统计分析，提出合理化的改进及解决措施。并组织实施。

· statistics spare part and tooling in time and ensure the equipment work normally.

及时统计设备的备件需求，保证维修工作的备件供应；

Working Task(details)工作描述:

·Organize maintenance team to solve the equipment problem in time .独立或组织维修人员及时排除生产设备，生产检测设备及公用动力设备的电气故障。

·improving continually for infrastructure . ensure short time repairing for infrastructure running normally. .持续改进工厂公用动力及生产设备和优化最短的停机时间，保证工厂生产设备，生产检测设备及公用动力设备正常运行

·Analysis the machine brake down time monthly and defined the action to reduce the down time and the repeat problem.每月对设备故障停机进行统计分析，组织制定相关措施，防止故障重复发生及减少故障停机。

·Defined the continues improvement for equipment according to the analysis result and implement.根据统计分析的结果组织相关人员定义设备的持续改进措施并组织实施。

·Solve the difficulty electrical problems and connect with the supplier.

·联系解决维修工作中的电气疑难问题；

·Finished the spare part statistics.

统计设备的备件需求；

·Prepare the maintenance required tables, and report.

准备维修所需的表格和报告，记录故障原因；

·Training of new operators including machine process and programs.

负责对新的维修人员进行培训；

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Contact to other departments (production, logistics and quality).

做好与公司其它部门（包括生产、物流、质量）的沟通工作；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

·Education: Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics and/or electronics;

教育背景：本科以上学历，电气自动化及机电一体化等相关专业；

·Professional experiences: More than three years work experiences in maintenance (mechanics and electronics专业背景：至少三年以上设备维修经验。熟悉掌握和运用siemens S7 PLC 编程和siemens840D, funuc CNC 系统；

· Foreign languages and level：English fluent both in written and oral.

语言要求：流利的英语听说读写能力；

· Office Software : Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well

办公软件：熟练操作电脑，能够熟练使用Microsoft office工具。

· Others 其它： Discret and confidential 保密要求
